payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure on-line payments via PayPal. They

Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit and debit cards.
Can I pay with check or money order?
Sure! No problem... If you do not have a credit card or simply prefer to

Mail-in payments are accepted for yearly memberships
ONLY
($60.00). Please include a valid email address
with your payment, so we can contact you to set up your
account.
I mailed in a $60.00 payment. Can you create my
account now?
We will create your account the same business day we receive
the payment.
Will my account be activated instantly?
To prevent fraudulent signups we must perform a manual FRAUD CHECK on each payment before the account is set up manually by our staff. We usually process accounts within 2-12 hours depending on the time of day. You will receive a Welcome email from us with complete instructions to log in once your account is ready.
I got my Welcome mail, but can't log in. HELP!
Here are some things to look for:
- Your user name and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE and
must be entered exactly as shown in your welcome mail.
- Your user name and password may be case-sensitive,
but that does not mean that your username or password
is actually "CaSe SeNsItIvE"
- Session cookies must be enabled in your browser in
order to stay logged in. If your browser security
settings are blocking cookies, then you can't stay
logged into the site.
Forgot Username and / or Password?
Simply email us at the support email address, located
in the Main Menu. We will be happy to send your info to you.
I've logged in, but nothing happens. What Now?
Why did you join the KBON Club?
For the music? Then click on one of the four audio format links to launch the streaming music after you log in. We provide streams in the four most popular formats so you can use the software you prefer.
For the community? Then click on the Community link in your welcome email to read and post messages.
For the Chat? Then click the CHAT link in the lower right corner of your Foxibook page to open the chat room.
For the member benefits? Then click on the Social Network links in your welcome email and learn how to take advantage of them to have a live online party with other KBON Club members!
